All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a 30% booking fee to be transferred to a new date. Please make contact with us via email or by speaking with our front desk associate. Otherwise a charge of 30% of services will be added to the credit card given to hold the appointment. If you cancel the SAME DAY as your appointment, you will be charged 50% of services to the credit card we have on file. If you happen to be a no-show for the appointment, you will be charged 50% for all of the services scheduled for that day. If you are more than 10 minutes late for any reason, your appointment will be cancelled and your 30% booking fee will not be transferred. 

*Clients who purchase packages must adhere to the 48 hour cancellation notice as well as our 10 minute lateness policy. Cancelling any of your package sessions less than 48 hours in advance reduces the value of the package by $15. Lateness of 10 minutes reduces the package by $15.
