There are no refunds or exchanges on any products or services. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges on all products and services.

 

Refunds or exchanges are not provided on any physical product that is mailed to you, so we advise that you carefully make your purchase.

By purchasing our products or services you agree to the statements regarding our refund policy.

If you issue a chargeback on your credit/debit card due to any issue with our services, you will be banned from using services at Contour Body Studio or purchasing any products on www.contourbodystudio.com

All deposits are non refundable. If an appointment is missed and a deposit is paid, you forfeit your deposit.

All services and/or packages that are purchased by you the client are non transferable to a different client or another person. Your services may be transferred to a different service only, by you, only at the discretion of management. The difference in the price must be applied.

If you buy sessions  directly from us and you do not use them in 90 days the sessions will be null and void.

After your initial purchase of a service package (meaning 2 or more bundle of services ) you have 90 days to use your sessions before your package is null and void.
